Epoxy resin insulators and bushings find applications across a wide spectrum of uses. With over three decades of experience, Challenge Industrial Co., Ltd. In 1990, CIC incorporated cutting-edge "Automatic Pressure Gelation" (APG) equipment, molds, and associated hardware sourced from Vogel in Switzerland, facilitating the creation of a mechanized production line for resin insulation products. Building upon its extensive knowledge in producing medium-voltage distribution box insulators, such as support insulators and wall bushings, CIC has developed a diverse range of high-precision insulation products, which are employed in various electrical distribution equipment and associated engineering projects.

As the first manufacturer in Taiwan to establish a resin insulation production line using equipment imported from Switzerland, CIC utilizes Huntsman Advanced Materials' Araldite® epoxy resin (formerly under Swiss Ciba-Geigy). Medium-Voltage Epoxy Support Insulators
ESI-101, ESI-201, ESI-202, ESI-301, ESI-302
Intended for 12 kV, 24 kV, or 36 kV power systems, these support insulators, also called “post insulators,” are cast in Araldite® epoxy resin. With excellent resistance to moisture, these easy-to-install insulators can be used in locations with salty or polluted air.

Epoxy resin insulator accessories play a crucial role in C-GIS, which is short for cubicle-type gas-insulated switchgear—a type of gas-insulated switchgear (GIS).
